Directions

Step 1

Roast the rice lightly and grind it into a fine powder. Set aside.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler along with milk until smooth.

Gradually add rice flour and mix to form a soft dough.

Grease your modak molds with ghee and fill them with the chocolate mixture. Press firmly to shape.
