    1. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
    2. To make the marinade mix together crushed black pepper, white vinegar, soya sauce, mustard powder, chicken powder, corn flour and salt.
    3. Put the chicken strips in the prepared marinade.
    4. Then dip into the beaten eggs and dredge in breadcrumbs.
    5. Leave aside for 15 minutes.
    6. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken strips until they turn golden brown.
    7. Serve with tomato ketchup.
