    Cooking Directions

    1. Marinate chicken pasanda with salt, yogurt, coconut milk powder, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, green cardamom, gram, poppy seeds and allspice for 30 minutes.
    2. Heat oil fry onion light golden.
    3. Add in marinated chicken pasanda, cover and cook till tender and oil floats on top.
    4. Serve garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies

    ½ kg Chicken breast (boneless, flatten like pasandas)
    1 tsp Salt heaped
    1 cup Yogurt heaped
    2 tsp Coconut milk powder
    1 ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
    1 ½ tsp Chili powder
    ½ tsp Green cardamom (grinded)
    1 tbsp Gram (roasted and ground)
    1 tbsp Poppy seeds (grinded)
    1 tsp Allspice
    ½ cup Oil
    ½ cup Onion (chopped)
    Fresh coriander for garnish
    Green chilies for garnish
