- Tomato Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
- White Vinegar – 2 Tbsp

Directions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add cornflour, salt, black pepper, and one egg to the chicken. Mix thoroughly until well coated.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden and crispy. Set aside.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté chopped garlic and ginger for a minute until fragrant.

Add chopped green chilies and cook for another 30 seconds.

Now add soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.

Stir well and cook for 3–4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.

Add the fried chicken pieces into the sauce and toss until every piece is well coated.

Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add chopped spring onions and give a final mix. Turn off the heat.

Serve hot with steamed rice or egg fried rice for a perfect Indo-Chinese experience.
