    Recipe Cooking Method:

    1. Wash chicken liver very well.
    2. Cut into small pieces.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cinnamon sticks.
    4. Fry till onion is brown.
    5. Now add chicken liver and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
    6. Then add potato cubes, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, chili powder, allspice powder, nutmeg mace powder and 1 cup water.
    7. Cover and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
    8. Remove lid, add tomatoes, green chilies, boiled peas and coriander leaves.
    9. Fry well on high flame till water dries.
    10. Dish it out and serve hot.

    ¼ cup Oil
    1 Onion (chopped)

    1 cup Water
    3 Tomatoes (blanched)
    3 – 4 Green chilies
    ½ cup Peas (boiled)
    2 tbsp Coriander leaves
