Chicken Lasaniya Recipe in Urdu
- Boil lasaniya and keep aside.
- For White Sauce: In a pan take butter and flour, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add stock and stir for few minutes.
- Then add milk and keep stirring, till mixture thickens, add salt and crushed black pepper.
- For Chicken Sauce: In a pan heat oil and put chicken pieces in it.
- Add roughly chopped garlic and sauté for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Also add tomatoes and sauté it for 5 more minutes.
- Now add tomato puree, black pepper, red chili, oregano and salt and cook until the sauce turns thick.
- For Baking: In an oven proof dish, spread some white sauce, then put lasagna sheets on it, followed by meat sauce.
- Add half of the quantity of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and place lasagna layers on it and repeat the process.
- At the end garnish with coriander and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes.
