    1. Boil lasaniya and keep aside.
    2. For White Sauce: In a pan take butter and flour, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3. Add stock and stir for few minutes.
    4. Then add milk and keep stirring, till mixture thickens, add salt and crushed black pepper.
    5. For Chicken Sauce: In a pan heat oil and put chicken pieces in it.
    6. Add roughly chopped garlic and sauté for 5 – 6 minutes.
    7. Also add tomatoes and sauté it for 5 more minutes.
    8. Now add tomato puree, black pepper, red chili, oregano and salt and cook until the sauce turns thick.
    9. For Baking: In an oven proof dish, spread some white sauce, then put lasagna sheets on it, followed by meat sauce.
    10. Add half of the quantity of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and place lasagna layers on it and repeat the process.
    11. At the end garnish with coriander and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes.
