    Urdu Recipes

    Recipe Cooking Method:

    1. First soak all the lentils in water for whole night.
    2. Now boil wheat and oat also.
    3. Cut chicken in small pieces.
    4. In a pan add heat oil then put onion and cook till it turn light brown.
    5. Now add chicken, ginger paste and garlic paste to mix.
    6. Then add gulzar special haleem Masala, salt to taste, whole green chilies and whisked yogurt and mix it well.
    7. Add as required water and leave it cook till it tender.
    8. Now in a pan add water, all lentils and rice to mix and cover it to simmer till all tender.
    9. In a chopper put lentil mixture and chicken batter to blend and add in a big pan.
    10. Now cook it on low flame and stir it continuously, so add ingredients mix and tender.
    11. Now baghar with fried onion and dish it out.
    12. Serve it with fried onion, julienns ginger, green coriander, chat masala and lemon.

    1 kg Chicken boneless
    250 gm Yogurt
    25 gm Oat
    50 gm Rice
    50 gm Yellow lentil
    50 gm Red lentil
    50 gm White lentil
    50 gm Gram bell
    50 gm Wheat
    ½ bunch Green coriander
    ½ bunch Mint
    1 cup Oil
    2 Onion
    8 to 10 Green chilies
    2 tbsp Garlic paste
    2 tbsp Ginger paste
    3 tbsp special haleem Masala
    Fried onion & chat Masala for garnish
    to taste Salt
