    1. Take a wok, put on high fire, put clarified butter, add chicken into the hot clarified butter, fry it till it get brown.
    2. Add ginger garlic paste stir for couple of minutes.
    3. Add tomato puree, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed red chili, all spice powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, kasoori methi, and mix it well.
    4. Cook till the masala is combined and oil floats.
    5. Serve it hot with hot Nan.
