Chicken Corn Rice Ring Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions

    1. Mix sweet corn with boiled rice and keep aside.
    2. Heat butter and add rice, corn mixture with half quantity of salt, black pepper and chinese salt, stir fry.
    3. Then add in capsicum, spring onion leaves and 1 tbsp chopped coriander. Mix well.
    4. Remove and press well in a greased 9 inches mould ring and bake for 15 minutes.
    5. Covered with foil.
    6. Heat oil add garlic paste and chicken cook, for 5 minutes.
    7. Add flour with remaining quantity of salt, black pepper, Chinese salt and 1 cup water cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    8. Then add mushroom, cream, chopped green chilies and coriander remove from fire.
    9. To Serve: Remove dish from oven and over turn on a serving platter fill the inside ring with chicken and mushroom mixture serve immediately.

    1 ½ tsp Salt

    2 tbsp Flour

    1 ½ tsp Garlic paste
    4 tbsp Mushroom (sliced)
    2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
    2 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)
    2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
    2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
    2 tbsp Spring Onion leaves
    1 tin Sweet Corn
    1 tbsp Butter
