1/8 cup Chicken(shredded)

4 tbsp Cream cheese

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Vinegar

to taste Salt

a pinch Chinese salt

1 tsp Black pepper(crushed)

1 Egg

1 tsp Corn starch
Directions
Cooking Directions
- Heat chicken stock.
- Add all the chopped vegetables.
- Add crushed black pepper, salt, chinese salt and all the remaining ingredients except egg.
- Add cream cheese.
- Beat egg white, add slowly and finish with adding corn starch.
