Urdu Recipes

Recipe Cooking Method:

  1. Mix vinegar and yellow (zarda) food coloring, apply over chicken for half hour.
  2. In a bowl take yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and cumin and mix all the ingredients.
  3. Apply the mixture on the chicken along with lemon juice.
  4. Again keep for half an hour.
  5. Then steam the chicken for 20 minutes.
  6. Take oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken.
  7. When the color changes to golden brown, chargha is ready.
  8. Serve with roghni nan and mint chutney.
