Chargha Recipe is a very famous dish relate to Pakistani Food, Chargha almost served at every restaurant and we can easily make it at home as well, Especially Cocoa Sponge Cake is a very instant and popular recipe you can make it for lunch, breakfast or for dinner as well.
Recipe Cooking Method:
- Mix vinegar and yellow (zarda) food coloring, apply over chicken for half hour.
- In a bowl take yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and cumin and mix all the ingredients.
- Apply the mixture on the chicken along with lemon juice.
- Again keep for half an hour.
- Then steam the chicken for 20 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken.
- When the color changes to golden brown, chargha is ready.
- Serve with roghni nan and mint chutney.
