    1. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onion. Cook for a while.
    2. Then add green chili, tomatoes, salt, chat masala, cumin, coriander, chickpeas and potatoes. Cook for a while.
    3. Then take it out in dish and serve with yogurt chutney.
    4. For Yogurt Chutney: Now add yogurt, green chili, coriander leaves, mint and salt in a blender and blend well.
    5. Then add cumin and blend it again.
    6. Take it out in a bowl and serve with chana chaat.

    1 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
    ½ cup Potato (boiled)
    1 tbsp Oil (large)
    4-5 Curry leaves (large)
    3 tbsp Onion (chopped)
    3 tbsp Tomatoes
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tbsp Chat masala
    1 tbsp Cumin seeds (roasted and grounded)
    1 tbsp Coriander (roasted and grounded)
    For Chutney:
    250 gm Yogurt
    1tbsp Green chili
    3 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
    2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
    to taste Salt
    ½ tsp Cumin (roasted)
