Cantonese Prawn Recipe is a very famous dish relate to Pakistani Food, Cantonese Prawn almost served at every restaurant and we can easily make it at home as well, Especially Cantonese Prawn is a very instant and popular recipe you can make it for lunch, breakfast or for dinner as well.

Recipe Cooking Method:

  1. Wash and clean prawns, keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Then add in prawns and fry till their color is changed.
  4. Then add soya sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar.
  5. Also add spring onion, bamboo shoot, button mushrooms and black mushrooms.
  6. Mix for 1 – 2 minutes.
  7. Then add salt, black pepper and ¼ cup of water.
  8. Lastly thicken sauce with corn flour paste.
  9. Dish it out and serve hot.
