    1. Make batter with eggs, milk, lemon juice, flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, white pepper and mustard.
    2. Dip chicken fingers in batter.
    3. Deep fry till light golden and crisp.
    4. Remove and keep aside.
    5. In a bowl put iceberg lettuce, top with all vegetables, cottage cheese, salt, red pepper, chili garlic sauce, ketchup and French dressing, mix well.
    6. Top with fried samosa patti and fried chicken fingers.
    7. Serve as a dinner meal with soup.
