Brain Masala Recipe in Urdu
Brain Masala Recipe is a very famous dish relate to Pakistani Food, Brain Masala almost served at every restaurant and we can easily make it at home as well, Especially Brain Masala is a very instant and popular recipe you can make it for lunch, breakfast or for dinner as well.
Recipe Cooking Method:
- Add water in a pan, add turmeric, garlic cloves and black pepper, let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
- Skin the foam.
- Take out the boiled brain and clean it properly.
- Masala Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softer. Add all spices, mix well. Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add yogurt & mix it well, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add brain and mix well with the masala.
- Now add garam masala, green chilies and mix well.
- Add oil about 1-2 tbsp at the end and mix well.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger.
- Serve with Naan or Khameeri Roti.
