    Brain Masala Recipe is a very famous dish relate to Pakistani Food, Brain Masala almost served at every restaurant and we can easily make it at home as well, Especially Brain Masala is a very instant and popular recipe you can make it for lunch, breakfast or for dinner as well.

    Urdu Recipes

    Recipe Cooking Method:

    • Add water in a pan, add turmeric, garlic cloves and black pepper, let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
    • Skin the foam.
    • Take out the boiled brain and clean it properly.
    • Masala Preparation:
    • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softer. Add all spices, mix well. Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add yogurt & mix it well, cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add brain and mix well with the masala.
    • Now add garam masala, green chilies and mix well.
    • Add oil about 1-2 tbsp at the end and mix well.
    • Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger.
    • Serve with Naan or Khameeri Roti.
