Blueberry Cheese Cake Recipe in Urdu
2 cups Digestive biscuitscrushed
3 ounce Melted butter
2 cups Curd cheese
1 tin Condensed milk
4 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Gelatin powder
8 ounces Cream cheese
12 ounces Olpers cream
1/2 cup Blueberrypie filling
Mix digestive biscuits with butter very well.
Grease 9 inches loose bottom pan and fill with mixture.
bake for 10 minutes ina preheated oven.
For filling: Whip cream cheese with condensed milk very well.
Add curd cheese and whipp again.
Mix gelatin powder with water and add in the above mixture.
Add lemon juice too.
Spread this Filling mixture over the biscuits base.
Place in fridge till it sets.
Pour blueberry filling in the middle of the cake and decorate with fresh cream
