    Cooking Directions

    1. Mix well all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
    2. On chicken, sprinkle corn flour and deep fry just for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add onions and fry till half done.
    4. Add garlic and sauce ingredients.
    5. After a minute add fried chicken cubes.
    6. Add capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes on high flame.
    7. Serve hot with plain rice.

    400 gm Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into 1/2 inch dices)
    3 tbsp Corn flour (for sprinkle)
    3 medium Onion (cut into medium size cubes)
    1 Capsicum (optional) (cut into small cubes)
    1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
    as required Oil for frying
    4 tbsp Oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp Vinegar
    1 tbsp Soya sauce
    1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly crushed)
    1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
