    1. Cut chicken and cook with red chili powder, vinegar, soya sauce, mustard paste, salt to taste and water.
    2. Cook till chicken is tender.
    3. Now cool the mixture and add chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, boiled potatoes and cumin seeds.
    4. Make small balls of the mixture.
    5. Make a paste with gram flour and water as required.
    6. Dip meat balls in paste and coat fresh bread crumbs.
    7. Deep fry in hot oil till its color turn to golden brown.

    2 tbsp Soya sauce

    for fry Oil
