    Cooking Directions

    1. Cut the chicken in small cubes and marinate with yogurt, onion, bunch mint leaves, papaya, red chili powder, Poppy seeds, roasted cumin, ginger garlic paste, mace, salt, black pepper powder and mustard oil, refrigerate for half an hour.
    2. Now in a pan cook chicken cubes on low flame.
    3. Cook till all water absorbs and meat tenders.
    4. Heat coal and give its smoke to the chicken for BBQ touch.
    5. For chutney: Take a pan and put cumin seeds, carom seeds, ginger powder and red chilies, roast them.
    6. Now in a blender add tamarind juice, garlic cloves, green coriander, mint leaves, jaggery and salt, blend them.
    7. After that heat frozen paratha, add chicken on it and spread the chutney, round sliced onion and mint leaves, make a roll and serve.

    1 cup Yogurt
    1 Onion
    1 pack Frozen paratha
    ½ bunch Mint leaves
    1 tsp Papaya
    1 tsp Red chili powder
    1 tsp Poppy seeds paste
    1 tsp Roasted cumin
    1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    ¼ tsp Mace
    to taste Salt
    ½ tsp Black pepper powder
    2 tbsp Mustard oil
    1 piece Coal
    For Chutney:
    1 cup Tamarind juice
    6 Whole red chili
    6 Garlic cloves
    ½ bunch Green coriander
    ½ bunch Mint leaves
    1 tsp Jaggery
    1 tsp Cumin seeds
    1 tsp Carom seeds
    ½ tsp Ginger powder
    ½ tsp Salt
