    1. Blend salt, turmeric, cumin, cardamoms, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and ginger, garlic in a blender.
    2. Boil chicken pieces in a pot with little water.
    3. When tender, add prepared masala and mix cook till water dries.
    4. Blend fresh coriander, mint and green chilies finely in a blender.
    5. Remove in bowl and mix yogurt with it.
    6. Heat oil in a pot, fry onions and remove on absorbent paper.
    7. Grind onions with little water in a blender.
    8. Add chicken, fry for 5 minutes, add onion paste and yogurt mixture and put on dum.
