Badami Chicken Leg Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions

    1. With a sharp knife make a slit in the middle of each drumstick.
    2. In a mixing bowl add drumsticks, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, dry fenugreek and ginger garlic paste, marinate for one hour.
    3. In the same bowl add the almond paste, corn flour, eggs, cream and yogurt. Mix well.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken on low flame until it turns brown in color.
    5. Sprinkle some chat masala, squeeze the juice of a lemon and serve with salad leaves.
