National’s Pomegranate Corn Pasta recipe in Urdu
Spiral pasta- 1 cup
Pomegranate pearls- 4 tsp
Corn kernels- 4 tsp
Mixed herbs- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
National Salt to taste
Olive oil- 2 tsp
In a pan, add water and boil. Add spiral pasta and cook till soft and done.
Strain and set aside for later use.
In a pan, add olive oil and chopped onion. Fry till translucent.
Add cooked pasta, salt, mixed herbs and oregano.
Lastly add corn kernels and pomegranate pearls.
Toss well and serve hot.
