Boil penne pasta. 1packet .Keep aside.
In a wok heat Italia Olive Oil fry gg paste for a bit and add 1 cup boneless chicken cubes. Fry till the color changes. Add salt black n white pepper. Add 1 cup chicken stock at this point.(i dissolved 1 dish spoon chicken powder in 1.5 cup water and used this as chkn stock) add Italia mushrooms cut in to small pieces.
Now cook till it starts to thicken a bit.now add half cup milk.. half pack cream and mix untill smooth. Add 0.5 cup cheddar cheese at this point. Put in some oregano leaves. Turn the stove off. Consistency should be a little runny. Just a little. Now add the boiled pasta and mix. Dish out and sprinkle some oregano leaves and crushed red chilli. Serve hot.
