Orange Trifle Recipe in Urdu
Orange juice half cup
Plain cake half pound xut in cubes
Olpers cream 200 ml
Fresh orange slices for garnish
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 and half cups
Custard powder 3 tbsp
First layer the cube slices and soak with the orange juice .
Beat cream until fluffy.keep aside
Beat eggs with vanilla essence and whisk for 2 mins.then add vanilla custard powder mixed in 3 tbsp milk .then add milk and whisk for a minute.
Boil half cup water and sugar until caramalised.. then on medium flame add the egg mixture slowly whisking continuosly and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes thick.
Then on the layer of slices pour that mixture and then cream and lastly orange slices serve chilled
