Omelette Ingredients:

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Omelette Ingredients:

Eggs 4
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Olives as you required
Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese as you required (Grated)
Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano as you required


Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, National Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: After that make balls of the dough and rolling them and make breads and cover them with kitchen towel and rest (rise) for 10 minutes.

Step 3: After that take a pan and preheat it and then put the bread and fork it and then slightly cook it from both sides. Follow this and make all breads. You can preserved this for 7 days in plastic bag (into refrigerator)

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add eggs and then add Salt, National Red Chilli Powder, Boiled Chicken 1/4 cup, Green Chilli, Chopped Onion and whisk it well and then take a pan and add oil 4 tbsp and preheat it and then put this eggs batter and then place 1 bread (from step 3) on it and then press it and fixed the bread into omelette and then spread pizza sauce and put Tomato, Capsicum, Onion and remaining Boiled Chicken and press it well and then sprinkle Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then National Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes, Oregano and place Olives and turn off the flame.

Step 5: Now melt the cheese in microwave or melt it on oven grill. So, I used oven grilled for 5 to 10 minutes on 200c. After that your omelette Pizza is Ready.
