Oats 1 cup
Nuts half cup (you can add more)
Jaggery (gur)1/2 cup
Italia Honey 2 tbsp
Dry roast oats till golden.Then grind them till they are in atta form. dry roast all nuts and crush them. melt gur. combine all things together add honey and make ladoo.
