  1. So Anglo, he can't even bring himself to call it by name: Shakshukah … rather he calls them North African Eggs … even though it's also the typical breakfast in Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, KSA, and Yemen. Most put in paprika.

  3. Are these Cayenne chilli peppers he is using? I see Soo many recipes from Gordon and Jamie using these "chilli's" in North America they look like either Thai red chilli or cayenne. Thanks
