Ingerdients:
mutton 1kg (boiled till the meat is completely cooked)
tomatoes 4 large (grind to a paste)
yogurt 1 cup
onions 1 large (grind to a paste)
cream 4tbs
dry fenugreek leaves 4tbs
National garam masala powder 1ts

To make masala:
coconut milk 1 cup
bullet green chilli 8
National ginger & garlic paste 2tbs
cashewnuts 20
poppy seeds 2tbs
National Korma Masala
National salt 1ts
National red chilli powder 1ts
National coriander powder 2tbs
National turmeric 1/2ts
oil 1 cup
Fresh coriander handfull

Recipe:
To make the masala in a blender add all the ingredients under masala and grind to a paste, keep aside.
Heat oil add grinder onion and fry till golden on high flame.
add the grinned masala, dry fenugreek leaves mix and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface.
then add yogurt, grinned tomatoes,National salt, boiled meat mix well, wait for a boil on high flame then lower the flame to medium cover and cook till the oil comes on the surface.
now add the cream, National garam masala powder mix.
serve hot with naan.
