National’s Veg Fried Rice Recipe
1 bowl Rice , boiled
1 tbsp oil
2-3 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 red/green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp carrots, chopped
3-4 baby corn, chopped
4-5 tbsp Cabbage (diced)
1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
4-5 green beans, chopped
National Salt to taste
¼ tsp. pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
How to Make Veg Fried Rice
In a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp oil, garlic and chilli.
Add carrots, baby corn, green beans and cabbage.
Saute and add oil. Add the boiled rice.
Season with salt and pepper pepper and soy sauce. Cook for a minute.
. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onion.
