Fry payaz 1
National seekh kabab masala
Pisi khaskhas 1 table spoon
Oil for fry
2 table spoon papeeta
Adrak lahsan ka paste 1 table spoon
Beef minced, hari mirchay, payaz, kali mirchay, namak, choti ilachi, khaskhas, national seekh kabab masala , adrak lahsan paste daal kar bareek pis lay.
Ab is ma bareek cut huwa podina, egg, papeta or adrak lahsan paste daal kar achi tarah mix kar lay or half hour kay liye chor daay.
Phir apni marzi ki shape daay kar ya shallow fry kar lay ya seekh par laga kar bbq kar lay.
Chatni or riatay kay sath serve kary.
