Special chicken Tikka handi restaurant style
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp for gravy & 1tbsp for marination
3 medium size Tomatoes puree
2 onion medium paste
6 to 7 green chillies paste
1 cup oil
Half kg yogurt
Green chillies & ginger for garnish
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds roasted & crushed
1 tbsp whole corriander roasted & crushed
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp nutMeg & mace powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
For the unique taste Add 1 tbsp National Tikka boti masala
In chicken add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp food color, 2 tbsp special masala & marinate for 1 hour. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan & cook chicken until it’s dry & give coal smoke.
- For gravy..
Heat oil add onion paste & saute it until it change into golden color then add ginger garlic paste & bhunofy it, now add tomatoes puree, yogurt & remaining special masala & cook it well.when oil separated, add chicken, garnish with green chillies, ginger & cream according to your taste & again give coal smoke..
