National’s Chicken recipe in Urdu
2 tbsp. oil
3 tsp. crushed garlic
3 tsp. grated ginger
4 tbsp. Tomato puree
2 tsp. National coriander powder
1 tsp. National chili powder
¼ tsp. National Turmeric powder
1 tbsp.National tikka masala
1 tsp. National salt
8 Chicken legs or thighs
1. Heat the oil and add the garlic, ginger and tomato puree and fry for 4 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir frequently for 10 minutes over a medium heat.
3. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes until the chicken is tender.
