National’s PRAWN MASALA Recipe
Prawns one kg with tail cleaned
Oil 1/2 cup
Karri patta 5 to 6 leaves
Onions 2 small sliced
G/g paste 1 tsp
Tomato puree 3 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
National fish fry masala one packet
Vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp
Corriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chillies 3 sliced
Ginger juleine 1 tbsp
Put oil, fry onions till light golden. Add in karri patta, g/g paste n fry.
Now add tomato puree n add NATIONAL FISH FRY MASALA alongwith water n cook till its bhoonofied n oil comes on top.
Now add in prawns n cook on high heat for 4 to 5 mins till done.
Add in vinegar, ginger n green chillies.
Garnish with corriander leaves n serve with naan/roti.
