Nationals Peri Peri Mac chicken Recipe
Two chest pieces of chicken cut in Cubes
Salt 1tsp or according to your taste.
Black pepper 1tbs
BBQ sauce 1tbs
Soya sauce 1tbs
Chicken stock cube 1
Oregano and Basil 1tbs
Tomato ketchup 5tbs
Peri Peri medium sauce 2tbs
Bell pepper green one and one red cut in julienne style
Peprika powder 1tbs
Frozen vegetables (peas, corn, carrot cubes) 1/2cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbs
Macroni half pack
Boil Macroni with salt and drain excess water set a side.
Heat oil add garlic and chicken fry for 3-4 minute then stir with frozen veges, stock cube,soya sauce, vinegar, Salt an pepper and Peri Peri sauce.
In last add ketchup ,BBQ sauce and herbs.
Mix well and stir 1-2 minute.
Dish out and serve.
