National’s Olive Chicken recipe in Urdu
Chicken 700 gm
Olive oil 3 tbsp
National Salt to taste
National Black pepper powder 1tsp
Crush red chili 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Garlic chopped 5
Parsley as required

Apply olive oil, National salt, black pepper powder, crushed red chili, lemon juice and tomato paste on chicken.
Steam the chicken until tender about 10 minutes.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add chicken stock and let boil it.
Now add steamed chicken in stock and cook for 5 minutes.
Add olives, garnish with parsley and serve.
