National’s Mayo Creamy Lime Cake Recipe
MAYO CREAMY LIME CAKE
Digestive biscuits crushed one cup with two tbs butter and spread on base of cake pan.
Then freeze allow to set.
National classic mayo 1/4cup
Condensed milk 1cup
Lemon jelly pack
Lemon juice 3-4 tbs or more as per your taste
Gelatin 2tbs dissolved in 1/4cup of hot water leave it in room temperature.
All ingredients mix and beat .Gelatin mixture add in creamy mixture and beat.
Pour this mixture on biscuits layer. Refrigerate 6-7hour .Let it set completely.
