Ingerdients:

 

1:  brain 12(as they are quite small)

 

2: tomatoes 3 large(sliced)

3: onions 2 medium(finely chopped)

4: ginger 3inch(grated)

5: dried fenugreek leaves 3tbs

6:  National turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

7: turmeric powder 1tsp

8: NATIONAL red chilli powder 1tsp

9: green chilli 5 (chopped)

10: NATIONAL gram masala powder 1 tsp (all spice powder) (

11: NATIONAL salt 1tsp

12:oil less than 1/2 a cup

 

Recipe:

 

1: in a pan boil water and add the turmeric powder 1tsp

 

 and the brain, wait for the boil and then boil it on high flame for good 8 minutes, then drain the water and keep aside.

 

2: in a pan heat the oil add onions and cook on high flame till gets light golden brown.

 

3: then add the tomatoes, gram masala,NATIONAL salt, NATIONAL turmeric,NATIONAL  red chilli, half the green chilli, ginger and 1/2 cup of water and cook on high flame till the water dries and the oil comes on the surface.

 

4: now add the boiled brains mix well and mash it, cover and cook on low to medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.

 

5: then add the remaining green chilli, dried fenugreek leaves simmer for a minute.

 

6: serve hot with roti naan
