Fish fillet½ kg
National Fish fry masla 1/2,,pack
Garlic paste1 tbsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Rice flour125 gm
Egg1
Oil for fry
METHOD
Cut ½ kg fish into small cubes and put in a bowl.
Marinate with 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 and national salt to taste
Lastly add 1 egg and 125 gm rice flour. Coat very well and then deep fry till golden brown. Your yummy crispy fried fish recipe is ready to serve. With cutey salad
