National’s Fried chicken Recipe
Fried Chicken Recipe
Chicken 1 with skin, cut in to 8 pieces
Oil for frying
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Salt to taste
➡For dry batter:
Plain flour ½ cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Corn flour 1 cup
Chicken Powder 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp crushed
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Apply the ingredients for marinade in the chicken and leave in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Take a plastic jar, put all ingredients for dry batter and mix it well.
Beat eggs properly in a shallow dish or bowl.
One by one, dredge chicken pieces in dry batter then beaten eggs then again coated in dry batter well.
(make sure chicken pieces in batter until completely coated.)
In a large deep pan, heat the oil, then add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides and crisp. Serve & Enjoy! 🍗
