National’s Easy Aam Panna recipe in Urdu
1 Mango (Big elongated raw)
2 tsp Sugar
National salt to taste
1/4 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp National black pepper powder
Mint leaves – a few
Pressure cook mango and cool it.
Remove the skin, take out the flesh and transfer it to a bowl. Mash the pulp.
Add sugar, salt, black pepper powder and black salt. Add water and mix well.
