National’s Crispy Chicken Fries Recipe in Urdu
Chicken Breast 2
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
National Vinegar 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs as you required
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
National Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Step 1: Take Chicken Breast and cut it into fingers shape and then put it into a bowl and add Vinegar, Button Red Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and mix it well and then rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: After that add Baking Soda and mix it well and then add Corn Flour and mix it again and then take a chicken stick and dip into egg and then coating with bread crumbs and apply this for all chicken fingers. After that fry them until it become golden brown color or desire color. After that Your Crispy Chicken Fries is ready.
