Ingredients

Chicken= 1kg

Tamator= 1kg

lehsan Adrak paste= 3tbs

National karhai gosht masala= 1pkt

Dahi =50gm

Oil= 1.2cup

METHOD:

Aik.karhai main tail garam kar ke chiken daal ke fri karan phir lehsan adrak ka paste daal kar bhoonay phir dahi National karhai pkt daal kar aur chilke utray huway tamator daal kar dhak ke pakaayn. Jab chicken gal jaay to bhoon layn aur bari hari mirchay daal dayn dish main nikaal ke Julian adrak se gaarnish karayn.
