National’s Chicken Korma Recipe
- 3-4 onions (sliced)
- 2-3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 kg yogurt (beaten)
- National Qorma masala
- salt to taste
- ginger (julien cutting)
- oil for cooking
In a big bowl add the yogurt and 3/4 packet of National Qorma masala ,chicken and salt to taste and mix it well and refrigerate for atleast 1 hr.(or it can be cooked immediately if emergency).
add oil in a wok and add the sliced onions.let them turn medium brown and add the tomatoes and then cook for a minute.
Step 3 :
add marinated chicken and mix well.then cook for about 25 to 30 mins or until chicken is tender on low flame.
Garnish with chillies,ginger and corriander. you can serve with kachumber salad, lemons, raitas and naans.
