Mutton Leg 1
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Ppaya paste 4 tsp
Salt to taste
National Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp
Fats 100 gm
White chili 2 tsp
National Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Lemon and onion wedges for garnish.

Apply cuts on mutton leg.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and apply on leg.
Leave for marination in fridge for about 4-6 hours.
Shift on greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 1 hours or until completely tender.
Garnish with lemon and onion wedges and serve.
