National’s baingan raita Recipe
2-3 brinjals (bangan) fried crispy brown slices
1 onion chopped
National chat masala 1tsp
National red chilli powder 1/4tsp
National Salt to taste
Cooking oil 3-4tbs
Curry leaves ( curry patta)4-5
1tsp cumin seeds( safaid zeera)
5 whole red chilli (sabut lal mirch)
Fresh coriander chopped
Brinjal slices fry till crispy brown.
Whisk yogurt with salt and red chilli powder, then add fried brinjal and onions.
For tarka heat oil add,sabooth mirch,safaid zeera and curry leaves.
Sprinkle National chat masala.
Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilli .
