National Afghani kebab Recipe
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
National salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
National red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
G/g paste 1 tsp
Onions 3 chopperized n squeezed out its water.
Mix everything n chopperize again.
Keep in fridge for half an hour, make kebabs n pan fry in 1/4 cup oil till golden from both the sides.
