Ingredients for Mutton Mandi Recipe
Salt as per taste
Mandi Masala 1-1/2 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Onion 1 piece
Whole Hot Spices 1 tbsp
Green Chili 2 pieces
Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Dry Ginger Powder (sonth) 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Hot Water 2-1/2 glasses
Turmeric 1 tsp
Mandi Masala ingredients
Bay leaf powder
Black Cardamom powder
Black Pepper powder
Roasted Coriander powder
Roasted Cumin powder
Method of Mutton Mandi Recipe
1- In a pot, add and marinate the mutton, salt, Mandi Masala, turmeric, Oil.
Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2- In a cooking pot, add Oil, onion, cumin, hot spices, salt, green chili and fry it until light brown.
3- Now add, garlic chopped, marinated mutton, red chili powder, ginger powder (sonth), coriander powder, cumin powder and cook it for 5 minutes.
4- Now add, hot water in it and steam for 30-40 minutes on low flame.
5- After steam let the mutton out and add rice in the pot and cook for a while.
6- Afterward, add mutton on the surface of rice and steam.
7- In the end place a foil paper in the middle of rice with ember and butter and cover it for a while.
8- Now your tasty Mutton Mandi dish is ready to serve.
