Moong Daal Paratha:

Ingredients

White flour ½ kg
Split green gram 250gm
Red chili powder 2tsp
Cumin roasted 2tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Coriander 1tsp
Pomegranate 1tbsp
Mint 1bunch
Green chilies 4
Chaat masala 1tsp
Onion 1
Tamarind water 4tbsp
Clarified butter as required

Method
Finely chop green chilies, onion , mint and garlic , now add boil lentil , add spices and mix wel with hands , now make rotis with white flour and put the filling, lastly fry and serve .

Chicken Tikka Karahi:
Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt 1cup
Cumin roasted 2tsp
Yellow color pinch
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Green chilies 2tsp
Ginger, coriander to garnish

Method
Marinate chicken with yogurt , yellow color cumin and salt and set aside , now heat oil in a karahi and roast tomatoes ,now add red chili , salt , ginger garlic and spices , now add chicken and cook for 20 min on medium flame , now add green chilies and roast on high flame , lastly remove and sprinkle coriander and ginger and serve .

Fried Macaroni Cheese Ball:
Ingredients:
Chicken (boiled) 1 cup
Macaroni (boiled) 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Chinese Salt ½ tsp
Green Chilies 2
Gram Flour ½ cup
Egg 1
Oil for fry
Method:
• In a chopper, chopped macaroni.
• Add cheddar cheese, boiled chicken, black pepper, salt, chinese salt,green chilies, gram flour and mix.
• Now coat in beaten egg.
• After this, heat oil and fry.
• Fried macaroni cheese ball is ready.
