If coffee is your guilty pleasure, you really need to try this Mocha Latte Pre-mix at least once!
A homemade coffee pre-mix which is preservative free, low in cost and will completely make you forget about the latte from your favorite coffee shop.
MOCHA LATTE PREMIX
Ingredients
6 tbsps instant coffee powder
¾ cup castor sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
6 tbsps Whip cream powder
1½ cups milk powder
Ice cubes as required
Whipped cream for piping
Chocolate wafers for garnish
Chocolate for garnish
Milk chocolate for garnish
Method
1. In a large bowl, add coffee powder, sugar, cocoa powder, whip cream powder and milk powder and whisk till well combined.
2. Transfer into an air tight jar and store up to 20 days in a dry place.
3. In a blender jar, add ice cubes, add 3 tbsps of the prepared mixture and ½ cup water and blend till smooth..
4. Transfer into a serving glass, pipe whipped cream on top. Garnish with chocolate wafer stick and chocolate.
5. Grate chocolate on top and serve immediately.
