A lip-smacking sabzi made using green chilles.
MIRCHI KE TIPORE
Ingredients
12-15 green chillies, roughly chopped
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
6-7 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp butter
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
1. Heat oil in non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and sauté till it splutters.
2. Add garlic and sauté till golden in colour. Add green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and sauté for a minute.
3. Add butter, coriander powder, sauté for 2-3 minutes, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Squeeze lemon juice on top, mix well and serve.
